We strive to make the ordering and delivery process transparent and convenient for you. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding payment and shipping of our products.

Important Information for Ordering

  1. Product Prices: Prices listed on the website are net prices (exclusive of VAT).
    • For EU countries (excluding Poland), VAT is not charged (Intra-Community Supply of Goods).
    • For orders within Poland, a 23% VAT is added. This information will be specified in the proforma invoice.
  2. Availability: Before issuing a proforma invoice, our manager will inform you which items from your order are in stock and which are available on request.

Payment

All orders at GRANUMTEST are processed on a 100% prepayment basis according to the proforma invoice.

  • After placing and confirming your order, you will receive a proforma invoice from us via email.
  • The proforma invoice contains all the necessary data to perform a bank transfer, including the total order amount (product costs + delivery costs).
  • We begin processing the order (preparing and shipping the goods) once the full amount is credited to our bank account.
  • After the goods are shipped, we issue and send you the final VAT invoice.

Delivery / Dostawa

Delivery costs are added to the order value and paid by the buyer in advance, together with the price of the products. We cooperate only with verified courier companies to ensure the safety and timeliness of deliveries.

For shipments within Poland and Europe, we prefer the reliable carrier DHL (fast delivery to Parcel Lockers, pickup points, or by courier to the specified address). However, at the buyer's request, we can ship the goods via a different carrier.

1. Delivery within Poland

  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time in Poland is 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Cost: The domestic delivery cost for standard packages is fixed and will be indicated in the commercial offer and the proforma invoice.

2. Delivery within the European Union

  • Delivery Time and Cost: The cost and estimated delivery time depend on the destination country, as well as the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
  • Cost Calculation: The exact cost of international delivery is always calculated individually and provided to you for approval. The approved cost is then included in the proforma invoice.

Order Process – Step by Step

  1. Inquiry and Offer: You send an inquiry, and we prepare a commercial offer with product prices and delivery costs.
  2. Confirmation and Details: You confirm the offer and provide the data necessary for invoicing.
  3. Proforma Invoice: We send you a proforma invoice for payment.
  4. Payment: You make the payment for the order.
  5. Shipment: After receiving payment, we ship the goods and send the final invoice.
